Into the Red Zones

VOM's 2024 IDOP short feature film, The Martinez Family: Colombia, will inspire viewers to pray for front-line workers who are sent by God to share the gospel and advance God's kingdom in some of the world's most difficult and dangerous places to follow Christ.

This short feature film gives viewers a sense of the tension experienced by front-line gospel workers in Colombia’s “red zones.” These areas of Colombia are controlled by Marxist guerrillas, such as the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC), and other paramilitary forces that actively persecute Christians. The Martinez family willingly obeyed God’s call to proclaim the gospel in a red zone — and risked their lives to do so.

You can create a meaningful time of prayer with your family, group, class or church by watching this short feature film and then praying that every Christian, no matter their age, living in restricted nations and hostile areas will live boldly for Christ.
